The School's Chess Teachers

ICS (International Chess School) is a new product, initiated in May 2007, which none the less integrates the vast experience of 6 professional teachers that form our team:
GM Andrei Istratescu (read more), IM Alexandru Manea, IM Andrei Cioara, FM Petre Nad Titus, FM Marius Ceteras and Raul Neagos.

Teaching Experience

Private instruction
We all have a rich experience in private chess training as we prepared for performance juniors as well as seniors from our national teams. Andrei is even member of the coaching staff that trains the French chess team, one of the best selected teams in the world.

Online
Our experience in teaching online, with students of any age, started 4 years ago, when we launched the ChessArea site - one of the most important Internet Chess Learning centers, which contains products that our clients enjoy.
We should also mention the 4 years of intense teaching activity in real time over the Internet, using Playchess, ICC, and Kurnik.

Our contribution to specialized magazines
We also published theoretical articles about strategy and openings in chess specialized magazines like: NewInChess, ChessBase, Informant, Correspondence Chess News, Gambit and many others.
